One of the richest, wealthiest and extremely secured domes in Rotten World. Lords and Ladies live here in the highest fashion. The Air within the dome is clean and clear. Water is used here and even the small artificial parks have some real trees and vegataion. Shipments of medical supples and Food from Urban Industry are shipped here monthly. As a tease to those on the outside, contests and raffles are held to allow a few small few inside. Dozing Green is considered a 'Paradise' compared to the outside world.
